dah lama aku teringin nk mkn ciskek..lgpun dah lama aku xwat chilled ciskek.klu kat umah aku kat kg..tiap kali rye mst buat ciskek..dah jd cam kemestian plak.mcm2 jenis dah buat tp fevret oreo ciskek la..so smlm aku pun buat la blueberry ciskek..tp half jelah coz sorg2 kan.to zai jgn jeles i dpt mkn ciskek.heheh..

Bahan2(utk loyang kecik jer)
250g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
250g whipped cream
3 tbs sugar
2 3/4 tbs gelatin ( larutkan dlm air panas 1/2 cup hot water)
2 tbs lemon juice
2 cup crushed biscuit (aku suka klu base tebal skit)
1/2 cup melted butter
Blueberry Filling
Cara-cara
-Campurkan biskut hancur ngan melted butter then press kat base loyang utk cheesecake tuh. pastu masukkan dalam peti ais.
-Dalam mixer bowl, pukul cream cheese ngan gula sampai smooth.Then masukkan whipping cream, gelatin (yg dah larut), lemon jus dan blueberry skit(sje aku tmbh)pukul lagi sampai sebati.
-Masukkan adunan cheese tadi kedlm loyang biskut pastu masuk dlm esbok. Dlm 1-2 jam baru letak topping blueberry.
Tips: ** kek nih kena chill semalaman baru dia keras elok jek. ***utk topping tuh, larutkan skeet agar2 serbuk dan campurkan dgn blueberry filling tuh utk menghasilkan topping yg cantik (tak sememeh)
