tp kan..smlm kteorg ade class STICK 2 STIX which is actually aerobic but the different is we used stick as a tool to do exercise.tgk la cikgu nye spe..bkn sebarang cikgu tau...she is the founder of STICK 2 STIX in Malaysia since 1996..all kind of group can do this exercise even u just recover from any surgery..even aku ni xpernah jarang exersice tp xde la semput semcm jer..fit gak ek.hahah..perasan. cant wait for next class..yahhooo!!!!!

esk kan cuti..so xsabar mau pulang. mst sesak jln jammed.confirm punye...jap gi time aku blik keje mst dah jammed.biase la..cuti 3 hari tu.mst ade yg balik kampung, pg cuti2 malaysia..kenduri-kendara..tunang..mcm2 la.so utk cuti 3 hari ni..aku xblik kg coz my parent will be at my house in few hours time..yahoo.they already at putrajaya. but this week im quiet bz with my work at office..bkn nye byk keje pun tp on sunday our company ade wat majlis doa selamat+maulidur rasul at our office..so dats why yg aku ckp agak bz..segala mak nenek nk buat(aku sorg2 la)..oopsss.heheh...

so guys selamat bercuti ye..hati2 bwa kereta, motor..pd yg jln kaki tu jln2 elok..jatuh bgn sndri..hehe
