STICK 2 STIX

does anyone knows what it is??..setelah lama aku x buat.akhirnya smlm terlaksana gak..hehe...aku ni klu nk wt aerobic mst hangat2 taik ayam jer..lgpun kurg minat wt aerobic sbb xbest.harap lagu je best..tp steps hancur lebur longlai..aku lbh prefer main netball ke..bola tampar ke..futsal ke(tp dah jarang sbb xde geng)..klu aerobic mmg den kurg minat.

tp kan..smlm kteorg ade class STICK 2 STIX which is actually aerobic but the different is we used stick as a tool to do exercise.tgk la cikgu nye spe..bkn sebarang cikgu tau...she is the founder of STICK 2 STIX in Malaysia since 1996..all kind of group can do this exercise even u just recover from any surgery..even aku ni xpernah jarang exersice tp xde la semput semcm jer..fit gak ek.hahah..perasan. cant wait for next class..yahhooo!!!!!

apart from using it to exercise, it also can be used as a weapon to protect yourself especially for women la kan..

so,Stict 2 Stix will be 1 of our program for this year...we will be in your hometown soonnnn.so watch out!!!

  2. best tau..bgi i expert skit then i teach u how..buluh??xbest la..kte just gna jayu biase..jgn la berat sgt..yg light2 jer..then kte wrap in ngan tape ke ape yg colorful.so it will be more fun..kte kan kene attract bnda2 yg colorful kan.am i rite??..u know wat.pas klas smlm, my bos jamu kteorg laksa, caramel and fruits with fresh cream.wallaa..increase our fat.hahah..tp i mkn skit je..hehe

  4. well sue..kang xmkn kecik ati tuan umah.dia bersusah payah prepared foods.so balun jelah..hahah.but ade limitation nye la..jom2 kte wat style bru plak..boring kan klu aerobic je.adding tool much fun..
